I was browsing chaturbate just now and was in a room. One second the model was wearing a blue outfit and the next second the whole screen jumped and she was wearing a completely different costume. Even her hair was different. Same model but it was like a video loop had returned to the start of the show. Very weird and entirely sus. Anyone seen that kind of thing before? I mean, it could be a technical glitch in the way that sometimes the room briefly returns to the very first camera grab of a model's shift when there is an outage but the blue outfit part lasted a good few minutes.

Yeah and I did. Really was just wondering if I over-reacted. One of those situations where you probably know the answer but feel the need to verbalise it to other people to be sure.

Sooo a fascinating phenom on CB is there's an unhealthy population of viewers who don't care if it's a video and will empty their bank accounts on it. I've watched it happen dozens of times in as many years.

Every time. But I made sure to stir up chat by saying it was a video and having them defend it to the death.

I went to say something but it was locked down to those who had tipped in last 24 hours and I wasn't spending even one token tipping a video loop. That gave me some pause for thought with regards to whether it was a genuine room as well.

I have locked it down to users who have tipped me today when I was being hit with a ton of PM's by supporter accounts. You say real or genuine and I don't think that applies here. You can't have a fake room on CB. You're either verified or you're not broadcasting, end of story. Are they breaking the rules? Absolutely, but it's for showing recorded content and nothing else.

I saw this type of thing a few years ago. A model I followed was showing up on CB as having been online for some crazy length of time. I want to say it was like 15-16 hours, give or take.

That got me curious enough to enter the room and see what was going on (marathon broadcast, etc). I was there long enough to see the moment when the video awkwardly jumped back to the beginning of the loop, and to notice the disconnect between her chat activity and what was happening on the video.

At the time, I also followed that model on IG. That weekend (this was on a Saturday), she was posting a lot of videos & stories from her vacation. Looked like she wanted to broadcast that weekend without having to actually broadcast, and that was her solution.

Exactly what I saw. She was wearing one outfit and then in the blink of an eye she was dressed in something else.
