I’m having an issue with my account jeanwhitexo where I receive the message:
"Unable to cash out. Contact support if the problem continues."

I’ve already contacted support but haven’t received any response yet. Can you @punker barbie please help me resolve this issue?

I’m writing because I haven’t received any response for over a week now.

First, I contacted support about an issue with converting my tokens. Two days later, my account was blocked. I wrote again after that, but never got a reply.

I would really appreciate any update or explanation regarding what happened. I have always followed the rules and simply want to understand and resolve this situation.

I’m writing because I haven’t received any response for over a week now.

First, I contacted support about an issue with converting my tokens. Two days later, my account was blocked. I wrote again after that, but never got a reply.

I would really appreciate any update or explanation regarding what happened. I have always followed the rules and simply want to understand and resolve this situation.
Support has confirmed that they have received your email and is currently being looked into. We appreciate your patience. Support will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello, I’m reaching out for your help regarding a payout issue.
Support told me that I will receive all of my earned money, BUT they are only offering me 3 payout methods — none of which are available to me. Meanwhile, your website shows that over 7 payout methods are supported.


I’m now contacting you @punker barbie because I feel stuck and confused.

Is this just an empty promise to pay me, knowing that the provided methods are inaccessible to me?
On top of that, I was told: "Please complete this process within 7 days of the date of this email."


Seven days? I’ve been waiting over 30 days just to get a proper response from support.

I’m kindly asking you to help me find a real solution.
I just want to receive my earnings through a payout method that actually works for me.
