Daily pay-- 2 daily pays not received a week late-support doesn't answer

Hello @punker barbie I have emailed your support and I have not received any answer back, I have one daily pay late a week, and a second daily pay late 4 days- my payment method is ACH direct deposit. Where are the money? Thank you! model name is NaughtiestGal on chaturbate
 
Im waiting for mine from monday,. Thet wrote me yesterday that ;

But still nothing. I know from reddit that more girls waiting. Even from 25th june. I use cosmopayment method.

@punker barbie is anyone able to tell us whats going on? I got 2 mails like this and its thursday and still nothing,. Other girls waiting even more. We need our money

I use to panic and freak out if I didn’t get it in 2 or 3 days. Now I know that it can be on the Banks end and not Chaturbate many times. I try to cash out 4 times a week.

Hi @punker barbie , I have emailed support twice as haven’t received my daily pay requested on the 25th but haven’t heard anything. I am paid through sepa and my model name is BustyBonnieUK - any idea what is going on? X

I haven't received any response from chaturbate support and no money yet, I guess it will be on Monday hopefully. Poor communication.

@punker barbie I have received an email confirming the payments being sent, it was disappointing to see that chaturbate took 3 daily pay fees for each of the payment when it was your fault for not sending them time and is over a week and a half of delay. Thank you

If you did three individual payouts on three separate days, it doesn't matter when it hits your account. You requested an immediate pay service with a $3.95 fee for each request made.

I get that, the point is it was sent all of three of them today, they didn’t hit the account yet, for an immediate pay shouldn’t be sent by CB after a week and so.

@punker barbie any update would be much appreciated - it will be 2 weeks tomorrow since requested and I haven’t had any response/communication at all. It’s a lot of money to lose/not receive so I’m feeling very stressed!

@punker barbie it’s me again, I haven’t received daily pay via ACH direct deposit from 13th July, model name is NaughtiestGal, thank you. I changed to Cosmo now because it’s the third -4th time I’m having such delay with ach. I have contacted support but not heard back, thank you!

Hello @punker barbie it’s me again, NaughtiestGal. I changed to cosmo the payment after the whole debacle with ACH constant issues by CB mot sending for whatever reason. Yesterday I got an email that you hold the payment because is not correct the name as on my id, but it was. I have however resubmitted the payment method with Cosmo and filled again with all my data but I still haven’t received the daily pay Cosmo reissued. I fail to understand why I am having constant issues to get paid by you no matter the payment method. If you could help and clarify why would be lovely, thank you!

Never mind, resolved now, I don’t see an option how to remove post.
