Thanks I received their email stating I used altered documents for verification yet I used correct document.please help look at my case

There have been issues here with users insisting that their documents were not altered even though they later admitted to "photoshop" work being done on the picture because it is allowed in their country. Also if you got the ID laminated it also counts as altered even if it is only done to protect the paper
