Hey @punker barbie i hope this reaches you. We had some issues with a person who helped open my chaturbate account, recently she accessed my account unauthorised and i suspect she banned it. I wrote to cb no response yet. Help

Hi @punker barbie

I’d like your advice regarding my Chaturbate account situation. My old account car_role was banned after a hater gained unauthorized access to it and deliberately broadcasted underage content to get me suspended.

I reported the situation, and Chaturbate investigated and banned the individual responsible for bullying / trying to get me banned. That proves they know I wasn’t the one behind the violation.

However, my account car_role is still banned even though I was the victim of the sabotage. I’ve appealed to support asking them to reinstate it, since it feels very unfair to lose my account for something I didn’t do.

Do you think there’s a way to get Chaturbate to review this again? Any advice would mean a lot.

Hey @punker barbie This is the on email i received and it doesnt refer well to my case. Kindly confirm if there was different communication from Chartubate since they replied on the subject change of username​
