Suspended account

Hi guys
My gf is a CB model and has had her account suspended. Not banned. Neither of us know why. I am her Moderator and I saw nothing alarming. She has emailed support to ask why there is a suspension and to try and rectify it. She is willing to apologise and promise that whatever the problem is, to never do it again. Whatever has been done, it was not intentional. The problem is CB will not reply.

Best advice is to make sure you read, understand, and abide by the site ToS.
Maybe I'm misinterpreting the first statement, but to apologise and promise to never repeat means you have to understand what caused the suspension on this occasion.

Be sure to only contact CB support ONCE, and then wait. Sending multiple inquiries only pushes here to the back of the line each time. If she's either unable or unwilling to wait for support to reply directly to her via email, have her register an account here to inquire herself.

When I said she will apologise and promise never to do it again, this is what she will do when she finds out what she did wrong. She hasn't got a clue. But after 6 days the account is still suspended and not banned. And CB cannot be bothered to so much as reply.

You're not entitled to a response within any specific period of time. She'll get it when she gets it. There are thousands of emails sent daily and only so many people to handle them.

I have checked her account on a daily basis and the colour of her name was light purple as she was suspended. Since the suspension kicked in, she has gone dark purple, to dark blue, back to light purple - and yet her account is suspended. How is that possible please?

Okay - as no one knew that LOL, then does anyone know what happens with this suspension? Will it eventually go? Could it remain forever? Could the account be banned?
