Black screen?

I dont why , its only black screen when im online. One man told me that and its true,because i was checking from other device. Anyone had that problem before?
@punker barbie i just wrote to support, maybe u can fast up things with them to respond? i cant work and yesterday had so good shift (

i was with obs ,now im trying use web rtc and reconnecting.... is this page can once work normally for longer time??
