My first account was banned for good reason, though not for serious reasons. I created a new account, but after purchasing 200tk, I was banned again, for no reason. Why? Is it possible to get my money back? Or have my second account unblocked?

You’re not allowed a new account once you’re banned. So as soon as they knew it was you (when you bought tokens), your new one got booted. But I’ll let @punker barbie verify that for you.
