Banned forever

Hi everyone,
I already contacted Stripchat support, but I’m still waiting for a clear answer and I’m feeling a bit lost.
My account was banned for “accepting payments outside the platform”.
I know it was a mistake, and I’m not trying to deny it — but at that moment my father was very sick, and shortly after he passed away.
I was under a lot of stress and made a bad decision without thinking about the consequences.
I truly love streaming and I would really like to fix this if possible.
Has anyone ever managed to recover their account after a similar situation?
Any advice or kind words would mean a lot to me right now.

I am so truly sorry to hear about your father's passing. My sincerest condolences to you and your family during this challenging time.

You did the right thing by contacting Support to appeal your ban. That was the correct step to take, and now we just need to wait for their final decision.

Their support is so dumb and purely black and white and they won't accept any mistake as a mistake and they won't make any exceptions me and my partner accidentally streamed on my solo account and didn't notice quick enough and the account got banned for a month and I appealed it and tried to explain that we accidentally went on the wrong account we're both verified we both have our info on the other account and stream on that account with zero issues but we accidentally went on my solo account and they said there's nothing they can do this is the first ever mistake the first ever account problem and they have literally zero leniency for anything so don't expect to get a result

Oh really....and they allow top girls from studios to stream while not registering other people. Shameless.
