I still worked regularly until my biological father unfortunately passed away.
I stopped working for about a week because I was so sad that I was in no mood to work.
After I calmed down, I went back to work and found out that my account had been permanently locked.
I am making this application today to request a review of my case.
I was not working during the time my father passed away. But my account was locked for a reason I could not imagine.
Please reconsider my case something is going on here

This is a big shock for me, having just lost a loved one and now losing my job. I am really desperate. I bow my head and ask for a close review of my case.
