I hope you can help me with an old Stripchat account verification issue.
My previous Stripchat username was jakob_walker. It was my account from several years ago. At that time, my document verification was rejected and the appeal was unsuccessful.
I recently contacted Stripchat Support because I wanted to use the platform again with my current valid identification document. Support has now confirmed that my ID is permanently blocked because of the previous account and that no further appeal is possible.
I understand and respect Stripchat's rules, and I am not trying to bypass the restriction or create another account.
I would simply like to know if Community Management could review the historical case and advise me whether there is any legitimate procedure available after all these years.
Could you please send me a PM so I can provide my ticket number and account details privately?
