I’m reaching out because my account was recently banned, and I believe this may have happened as retaliation from my former studio. I worked with them for nearly a year and a half and had a successful account, but the physical, emotional, and mental abuse became too much. With the support of friends and community members, I finally made the decision to leave. My friend who had left the studio months earlier and I decided to create a new account and stream together from my home. When the studio learned of this, they became angry and said they intended to “get my account banned by posting illegal content so I could never work again.” To try and prevent this, I emailed support when creating my new account, explained the situation, and confirmed that our identities had been removed from the old accounts and were only connected to our new account, DJ_Woman.
On Sunday, November 9th, while we were streaming, we were suddenly logged out with a suspension notice, which was later escalated to a permanent ban. Soon after, we discovered that multiple new accounts had been created using our credentials. According to @cbhours CB hours, at least one of those accounts streamed at the same time we were live, and from the thumbnail images, it appears they used illegal animal content to trigger an immediate ban.
It has now been 12 days without any response from the support team. We just want to rebuild our lives after leaving a harmful environment, and I believe we deserve the chance to move forward without being sabotaged. We’re asking for help in getting our ban reviewed and removed. @punker barbie - any assistance would mean a great deal to us.
