hey, the studio i was with got banned so i received all the tokens to my account. i dont believe its the correct amount as i believe i earned 100k more tokens but can u pls look into this @punker barbie. i also cant proces any cashouts.

Might be because you keep creating new tickets and sending multiple queries. That's NOT the way. One email, then WAIT. Sending multiple inquiries may only delay the processing of your account issues.
