I’m sorry to reach out to you directly, but we truly don’t know where else to turn. We came across your name on the forum and saw that you are part of the Chaturbate support team.
Our account was marked as Ineligible following an incident that occurred while we were testing a new camera setup. We briefly started the stream only to verify our OBS settings and confirm that the camera was properly configured. During this short test, our young son was in the room watching TV, and it is possible that he appeared on camera for a few seconds. The stream was stopped immediately.
This was in no way intentional. We fully understand and respect Chaturbate’s rules regarding minors, and we want to assure you that this situation will never happen again. We have already contacted support through the official channels and provided an explanation, but unfortunately, it has now been over a month without any response
At this point, we are simply hoping for any review or reply, regardless of the outcome. You feel like our only remaining hope to have our case looked at, and we would be extremely grateful for any help or guidance you may be able to offer.
