manny90069 Still Suspended/Ineligible After Guest mbbo318 Verified ID & Mutual Guest Add (Jan 2026 Update)

Thank you for your help back in May 2025 when you confirmed support responded to my ticket (#24406397).


I’m creating this new thread because my old one is closed, and the issue with my account manny90069 persists.


Quick history:


• Account suspended in May 2025 after an unverified guest appeared.


• Followed support instructions: The guest created their own account mbbo318, uploaded ID (approved), and added me (manny90069) as a guest.


• On mbbo318‘s side: I’m showing as ineligible.


• On my side: I can access Broadcaster Registration (prompts to add person/ID), but cannot fully add mbbo318 as guest, and “Broadcast Suspended” remains when trying to start.


• Removed old linked accounts (chicagohunglatin, mannypeaches, peachpig) for cleanup.


• Latest follow-up email to support: January 2, 2026 at 8:53 PM

Update (Jan 17 2026):





• My own age verification is now approved (multiple valid IDs on file).


• The guest referenced by support has now completed live, in-person age verification directly on my account (approved and linked).


• The previously unverified individual never appeared on my channel and is no longer associated.


• Despite all required verifications now showing approved, my account still displays “Broadcast Suspended.”


• I have followed up with Chaturbate Support and am awaiting manual review to restore broadcast privileges.
