Hoping for guidance regarding account banned

I am writing to respectfully ask for your guidance regarding an issue with my Chaturbate account.

My username is Hoelyruby, I’m posting here in hopes of getting some response and assistance. My account was banned recently, the stated reason is engaging to paid-sex work and I Have never engage to the said reason. I was really careful with my account and not mentioning any topics that could violate the rules of the site.

I am unsure if this may have been a misunderstanding or error, and I would sincerely appreciate any advice or assistance you could offer on how best to contact Chaturbate support or request a proper review of the situation.

An appeal was submitted to Chaturbate support on January 7 Unfortunately, I have not received any response yet, and it has now been close to two weeks.

Good day, @punker barbie ! Thankyou for your help, They did reply to my first appeal and now I am trying to apologize, It was never my intention to engage or arrange any activity that goes against your rules or community standards.

I understand the seriousness of this policy and respect Chaturbate’s zero-tolerance approach. If there is any possibility for reconsideration, clarification, or guidance on whether this decision can be reviewed, I would be very grateful. Regardless of the outcome, I appreciate the time and effort taken to review my case.
