Is anyone still waiting for biweekly payments since January 15, 2026?

I requested a biweekly payment on January 15, 2026. Usually, the withdrawal is processed between the 18th and 19th. This time, I am not sure whether there has been a change or a technical issue, but I have not received the payment or any email notification regarding the status. I contacted customer support to request clarification; however, as of today, January 24, 2026, I have not received any response not any deposit to my Bitcoin wallet. My username is: ladjina

@punker barbie , could you please check with customer support to confirm that everything is in order with my funds? I am starting to feel concerned

You received an automatic reply with one of the two following messages:

"We've received your email and a rep will be in touch shortly!"

or

"Here's a bunch of links that may answer your questions, if they do not, click no to escalate."

(Loosely paraphrased mind you.) Check to see which one you received and if it is the first, you will need to wait for support to contact you after they look into the matter.

Yes, I have received an automated reply. However, my concern is the following :
On January 21, I contacted support through Assistance > Payouts > “Why haven’t I received my payment”. Then, on January 23, I sent an email to the support team at support@chaturbate.com.
As of today, I have not received any response other than the automated message.

Could you please let me know the usual timeframe for receiving a response or resolution regarding a withdrawal request ?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Which message did you receive out of the two I posted?

One requires an action on your part, the other requires waiting for action on their part. Usually inquiries about payouts are answered fairly quickly but you've essentially opened two tickets about the same issue and the last email is the one that will most likely receive the reply. When you sent the email to support, you put yourself in that day's queue instead of the queue you were in when you submitted the FAQ form. Does that make sense?

Having used two different methods to contact support, I received two separate automated messages.

The first followed the submission of the form via the FAQ :
‘We received your message and are striving to help you as quickly as possible.
For more information on when your tokens will payout please follow the following link:
If you have questions please feel free to respond to this email and one of our support agents will assist you’.

The second concerned the email sent directly to support :
‘We received your message and will assist you as quickly as possible.
For faster support next time, try our Help Center Support Form - the quickest way to reach us. You can also check our FAQs for instant answers and troubleshooting tips. Just a heads-up: sending multiple messages may delay our response’.

Given that the latter email is more likely to receive a response, considering the two automated replies I received, should I follow up on the first message (the one containing the link), or wait for a response to the second email sent to support?

Okay, you should get a reply on the support email soon. Most of the time you receive the payment before you receive a response.

The form submission will "time out" on its own.

Thank you for your assistance. The support team has responded to my email and confirmed that the delay in my withdrawal is due to a minimum limit previously set in my payment form, as this month’s amount is below that limit.
I sincerely thank you for your advice and support.

I sincerely thank you for your advice and support.
You're very welcome and glad there was a logical reason for the delay. Happy camming!
