I respectfully submit this complaint to bring to your notice that I was working under an online studio. However, I no longer wish to continue working with this studio as I do not feel mentally comfortable or safe working with them.

I would like to clearly state the following facts:

1. I do not have any written or legal contract with the studio or its owner.
2. Despite this, the studio owner is refusing to release my ID from their studio.
3. I have personally requested multiple times that my ID be detached from their studio, but my requests have been consistently denied.
4. Retaining control over my ID without any contractual agreement is a violation of my personal and professional rights.
5. This situation is causing me mental stress and a sense of insecurity.

I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not wish to work with this studio anymore, and without any valid agreement, the studio has no legal or ethical authority to control or retain my ID.

Therefore, I kindly request you to take appropriate action in this matter and ensure that:

- My ID is immediately released / detached from the said studio, and
- I am protected from any form of pressure, harassment, or exploitation in the future.

I am ready to provide any required details or evidence if needed.

I request you to kindly take prompt action on my complaint.

Thank you for your time and support.

Thank you for clarifying.

If the account was originally created by the studio, neither you nor Customer Support are able to detach it from the studio. In that case, the studio would need to handle the detachment directly, following the appropriate process.

However, if the account was created independently and later attached to a studio, Customer Support can assist with detaching it. Which one do you fall under?
