my account ban i have tried to contact but they repling to the studio email

I hope you are well. I am writing to kindly request your assistance regarding an issue with my account.

I was previously working under a studio, and the account associated with that studio was dollface_diva. Unfortunately, the studio manager banned the account without informing me or obtaining my consent. I am no longer affiliated with the studio and no longer have access to the account.

The email address originally registered to the account also belonged to the studio, and I no longer have access to it. Because of this, I did not receive any emails, notifications, or updates related to the account. I kindly ask if it is possible to update the registered email address to jkg02540@gmail.com, which I currently control, or to advise me on the appropriate steps to resolve this situation.

After the ban occurred, I attempted to contact support twice from jkg02540@gmail.com, but I did not receive any response. Since I genuinely enjoy working on Chaturbate and wish to continue independently and in full compliance with platform policies, I attempted to create a new account only after losing access to my original account due to circumstances beyond my control.

I would like to be completely transparent that this was not done to bypass any rules or policies, but solely because I no longer had access to my previous account or its registered email.

I truly value Chaturbate and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter properly. Please let me know what steps I should take, or if you require any additional information or verification from me.

But they replied to studio email that I cannot access

On my side it looks like the dollface_diva account has been closed. If it was a studio account, then it belonged to the studio and they are allowed to do that. So, from how things are looking right now, it doesn't seem likely that you're gonna get that particular account back or get support to answer you in a different email from the one that was associated.

You said that you opened a new account but you don't say if you are banned there. If you are indeed banned, I'd suggest that you stop, at least for now, trying to gain control of your old account and focus in trying to fix your actual ban.

I'd suggest you to open a new ticket from your new account. Don't send them the same message you've been posting here, better something like this: "I worked for 'x' studio under 'x' account up until 'date' when we finished up our relationship. I would appreciate if you can review the status of my account 'name of your new account' as right now I am banned. I'm ready to provide any information and/or form of identification in order to lift the ban if that's possible. Thank you.

Edit: be sure to be logged in your new account and open your ticket through the support page.
