I feel like if you felt bad, you just wouldn't do it. The two accounts thing is more like a "keeping up on your facade" kind of thing to me and I would find that.... not creepy, but controlling.... controlling your image with said model. and for a genuine friendship, a huge red flag.

The fact that you're talking to her on a cam site in the first place will give her the same impression of you regardless of how you interact with her. OP my experience and assumption on SM has been, and is, that most guys have at least 2 accounts there. She cannot see your nationality.
