I've been a model for four years, and during that time I haven't had any problems. I'm an independent model. For about 20 days now, I've been trying to contact CB support, and all I get is the following message: "This is an automated response confirming we received your message. A customer service specialist will be in touch soon.
Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages may delay our response. We appreciate your patience!"
The situation is this: I don't withdraw tokens constantly, as I like to have a certain amount available. Currently, I have over 100,000 tokens, which I had saved to pay off some debts this year. But 20 days ago, I tried to access them, and CB won't let me. I immediately get the following message: "Unable to cashout." Contact support if the problem persists. I've sent three emails and haven't received a response yet (it's worth noting that the last time I withdrew any tokens was in August). I also didn't know they had a limit on the amount you can hold. I'm desperate and don't know what to do, as I need to pay my debts and I'm counting on that money to do so. I would appreciate any help on what to do.
