[First ban] Waited two months for Chaturbate support to respond, but no dice so trying here

I was streaming a porn game (Koikatsu Party) on December 19th, 2025 around 8 PM Pacific Standard Time. I didn't realize I had to tag the game (had never streamed a game before on Chaturbate and was trying something new, plus hadn't streamed on Chaturbate at all in over 5 years). I got banned. I quickly sent a message to support, confused. Then, the next morning, I sent another message because it was only after looking up some stuff did I realize that I probably was banned for streaming the game without tagging it. And only then, after looking even more things, did I find that sending multiple support requests slows down response time. I decided to just chill out for a bit, especially since Christmas was coming up any support was probably gonna be backed up.

Almost two months later... Radio silence. I sent another support request just now... But only then did I find out about this forum. Lol, I keep moving too fast in sending messages to support, I think.

Anyway, I just would like some feedback on if I was really banned for playing the game without it being tagged or if it was something else. If it was due to the game, I definitely won't make that mistake again. So... Yeah! This is my last attempt to figure out this ban for now. I'll slow waaay down and stop trying for maybe 6 months this time, haha.

Hi, it was probably about the game. I'm not sure what you mean by tagging the game, but the thing is the game has to be approved and the one you were playing is not. I don't know how hard they go with this but they're not fond of copyright infrigement. Hope you get it sorted out.
