Hi, you should contact support if you haven't done it already. They'll ask you to verify the other person who appeared on your stream.

Thanks for your help @punker barbie I wanted to also say I used a model Identication to get my old account sexy_freakygold open without his permission. They had banned me because someone else showed up in my broadcast. I didn't have a way to contact the person in my broadcast so i used a different male model to get my account verified. I didn't think it would work but support actually opened my account. I made a new model account named sexy_goldenfreak to cover up my wrong doing. I think i'm the smartest model on Chaturbate
