That could be due to fraudulent activity. The person who tipped you those tokens got them through fraud. CB needs to investigate that fully before making a final decision regarding your account. They need to make sure that you are not involved with the fraud.

It could also be due to user reporting you and CB refunding him/her the tokens they tipped.

All you can do at this time is wait. There is no way to speed up the process
