What is the reason for ban and why support doesnt answer at all?

Hello guys, i was suddenly banned today on my steam, and the reason why i think is that i decided to cross-stitch a bit while i was waiting for my regulars, because the reason of ban was stated that i
"Rule Description: The discussion of illegal and unsafe actions, including, but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm is prohibited."
excuse me?
I had been with Chaturbate for 13 years already, and always support team was very fast and considered and even once i deleted my web page because i thought i found a good man and he didnt want me to work any more, but after some time i realised i am better off by myself, and even then they helped to reactivate my account back and today boom
and after few messages to the support team I only ever got few automatical responses but never a ticket or anything...
I am really confused and I see there is someone from CB here and I would love to hear from them @punker barbie
If I also can use the help of this forum?!
