Account Recovery: Former Management Holding My Email/Password

My stripchat account is Natasha_babygirl1
And account is currently managed by a third party who holds my registered email and 2FA. I want to be independent and control my account fully.
I have already submitted a formal request via the Stripchat support and also send the request to support@stripchat.com
But I haven't heard anything from them yet.

Could any admin or Stripchat staff please help me.
