Good day, @punker barbie , I apologize for disturbing you, I would just really like to start broadcasting again, as I really enjoyed communicating and meeting new people. Two years ago I registered an account on chaturbate kobeny_cute and only broadcast for a week, after which I got my account blocked for the reason “I look too young, like I’m not an adult” because of complaints, I never said that I was under 18 years old and confirmed my age (I’m 24), but this had no effect (should I draw a mustache to appear older or dye my hair gray, which would this not happen again?), as a result, last time support indicated that the ban was temporary for only 6 months. After more than 6 months, I restored access to the account, but I still cannot broadcast because during verification of passport data and age confirmation it says “user rejected.” I wrote to support asking if this could somehow be related to the fact that there was a temporary ban and how can I remove it? More than a week has passed, but still no answer.
