Banned account on Chaturbate support still not responding.

Hi @punker barbie , it’s me Emilywills19 again. I have the same concern. I tried to reach out to Chaturbate support again, and they are still not responding to me. My recent email was on March 24, 2026. And my current email is April 6, 2026. I hope they really respond to me this time.

I’m using the “Submit a Request” form to send emails, but I’m still getting automated responses. I hope you can help me with my concern. I appreciate it a lot

YOU are banned. Doesn't matter how many new accounts you make...

...My first account, emilywills19, was banned around 3–4 years ago due to “falsified identification.”...

The suspension usually applies to the person tied to the ID verification, not just the specific account. Any other accounts created with that same identification credentials may also be automatically suspended. To resolve it, you’ll need to contact Chaturbate support directly using the banned accounts registered email; attempt to resolve the initial suspension BEFORE creating any new accounts. Not doing so may be interpreted as an attempt to circumvent their TOS, which may only further complicate your situation.

So you're basically making a BANNED cake, using banned ingredients... (the initial falsified documents ban), and then you frosted the cake with a little more banned frosting... (Attempted suspension circumvention creating a new account, yea, that's another whole new TOS offense). So now you have TWO strikes against your ID, oh my.

...Chaturbate support eventually told me they would no longer participate or respond to my emails regarding the case....

They're saying they're done with you... just move onto another site. CB is NOT the only game in town.
