NEW FEATURE! ChaturSafe is here!​

We’re excited to announce the rollout of ChaturSafe, our new chat moderation tool designed to keep poaching, harassment, doxxing, and spam out of your chat so you can focus entirely on your show.

ChaturSafe works quietly in the background, filtering messages in real-time. You can adjust the strictness of various categories and even test messages before going live. We built this in direct response to your feedback to help keep your community positive and uninterrupted.

In addition to your custom settings, messages are subject to Trust & Safety filtering. These filters automatically block harmful or illegal content that violates platform guidelines. If a message is caught by these platform-level rules, the sender will be notified that their message was blocked. You can also add your Trusted Viewers, a select group of users you want to be exempt from your Chatursafe filters.

ChaturSafe is available to all creators.

• Head to your Chat Settings.
• Switch ChaturSafe on.
• Start experimenting with your filter levels!

This looks fantastic and just what the doctor ordered! I have had a few bad actors recently who are tipping me for my lovense toys, but then making requests for things not on my menu and specifically stated up front that I am not willing to do. I just ignore them but it becomes awkward, it then makes me feel paranoid about possible butthurt retaliation. Having them filtered out by the system makes it feel way less personal and maybe they will get the picture then. It doesn't happen super often but when it does, WOW is it a downer.

I set the moderation to maximum. The red shield icon lights up with a number, but when I open it, the blocked message doesn't show up. I get an error. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I had the same problem in the past. I contacted the tech-support. after a few weeks, they fixed it.

Everything started working for me after I posted here. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but now everything is perfect.
