My account has been marked as “ineligible to broadcast” (person ineligible) and I would like to kindly ask for assistance from Chaturbate support.
I have already contacted support, but I have not received a response yet.
The issue is that I did not stream for several days, and when I came back, I suddenly saw this notification on my account. Because of this, I am sure I could not have violated any rules during that time.
The only thing I can think of is that my ex-partner may have streamed independently, without my involvement, on an account where my ID verification document had previously been added. I want to clearly state that I was not streaming with him and had no participation in his activity.
After our breakup, I simply forgot to log in and remove my identity verification from the account, which was my mistake.
However, I always personally follow the rules, respect the platform guidelines, and never intentionally violate any terms.
Since I was not active on the platform for several days, I could not have caused any violation myself.
I am fully willing to go through any additional verification if needed. I believe you are also able to check my login/activity history to confirm that I was not online during that time.
I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue or receiving a response from support.
