My account was banned on CB. When I contacted support they told me I’m permanently banned for promoting Of live during my stream and they won’t answer any more. Who do I reach out to?

Hi, I'm afraid there's no one else beside support who could assist you lifting a ban. If they already told you that you're permanently banned and that they won't answer you anymore, then most likely that's it and it's time to move on.
If you're sure you didn't do whatever the reason they banned you for, you may try to send support a message one last time and then provide your username to the rep here to see if maybe they're willing to review your case again. It's unlikely to happen, but you can try. Now, if you actually violated the rule, I wouldn't bother to keep trying anymore.
