Question about user complain.

Hi.
I have a friend who's a model on SC who had a problem yesterday.
An user paid her for a private show that lasted almost two hours and then reported her, saying she hadn't done anything she promised, which is a lie.
Consequently, they took away her tokens. In your experience, is that decision by SC appealable? Could she recover any of the tokens she received? Thank you very much.

Thanks @SCRIPTA . In that oportunity, as far I know, she doesn't get an aswer. That's the reason why asw if is that decision by SC appealable, more than how to proceed. But @Stella_SC already indicate me what tell her. Thanks anyway for the reminder.

Hi @Stella_SC. I just talk with her and she told me that after an appeal in the platform support, SC refund her 150 of the 500 tk and the user was reported. She feels ok with that, so anyway thanks for your help.

This could be true IF she was charging like 6 tokens/minute for a private show. I remember people on this forum saying they’ve seen models on token sites charging this little for a private show…

The op claimed the show was “almost two hours” and 500 tokens. 500 tokens divided by 6 tokens = 83.33 minutes. That’s about an hour and a half. That is a looong ass time for a private show.

I know I’d be FURIOUS if I did a private show for that long…and the dude went and bitched to the site just so he could get his money back. SC would probably have to suspend or ban me for “being rude to a member” because I would GO OFF.

If it was me, I’d urge the site to go look at my private show transcript with him (or chat history or whatever tf it’s called) to look at all of his “Mmmmm bb’s” he typed…and the duration of the show (to show that he was obviously diggin’ it)…I’d ban his ass from ever visiting my room again…and I’d warn other models about him to prevent them from getting ripped off too.

Was this 500 (150 refunded) an ADDITIONAL tip in the private show? So the model received the per minute rate PLUS the 500 tip for the model to do something from her menu (or something agreed upon)? Thats the only way i can possibly see that being how it is.

Even at the lowest amount of 8 p/min on SC, 120 * 8 = 960 tokens, so the additional tip option is the only thing i can truly think of what happened.
