I hope you are well. I am posting here because I have tried multiple times to contact Chaturbate support to appeal a ban on my model account, but I have not received any response.
I submitted my appeal through the official support system and have waited patiently, but there has been no feedback or update regarding my case.

I truly want to resolve this issue the correct way and continue working within the platform rules. I respect the platform and I am ready to cooperate fully if any clarification is needed from my side.

I’m kindly asking for advice regarding a serious issue I experienced on Chaturbate and the lack of response from their support team.

While streaming, a user entered my room and repeatedly brought up disturbing conversations about sex involving children. I immediately felt uncomfortable and tried to redirect the conversation to stop those messages from appearing in my chat. However, the user continued repeating the same topic.

I did not encourage or participate in this conversation in any way. I was trying to manage the situation and prevent the messages from continuing in my room.

After this incident, my account was affected. I have tried contacting Chaturbate support to explain what happened and submit an appeal, but I have not received any response.

I am very concerned because I did not intentionally violate any rules. I was simply trying to handle an uncomfortable situation caused by a viewer.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a better way to reach support, or advice on how to properly handle such situations in the future?

Yes you did by not immediately banning the user and reporting their messages to CB support. That makes you just as guilty.

Probably this... both accounts are currently banned. They most likely need to resolve their initial suspension in order to remove all subsequent suspensions.
