Friend Banned, Need Help

I am hoping that someone can help with this situation. I have a friend who has been a CB model for over 5 years and recently she was banned on 4/16/26 due to the following reason:



I have moderated her room for some time and am familiar with the type of content that she shows on her Chaturbate page and what she does in her private shows. They informed me the ban was due to the "discussion of illegal and unsafe actions, including, but limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm".

While I understand that Chaturbate may not be able to disclose what was said or discussed during Thursday’s live stream, based on what I have observed in her room—both publicly and privately—nothing should have warranted a ban. She has engaged in similar activity on her account for years, and she is unsure why the account was banned, as she has not received a clear explanation.

I wanted to share that this situation has been causing her significant stress. They are very concerned because this is their primary source of income, and they also stated that the tokens associated with their account are frozen. They are hoping to receive a response from the Chaturbate team soon so they can provide clarification, explain their situation, and, if necessary, sign a commitment acknowledging that certain topics cannot be discussed in order to have the account reinstated. If someone could please review this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

The rep here isn’t going to respond to you, it’ll need to be addressed by the actual model.

However, if she has submitted a ticket/email to support directly, there’s no need to post here anyway, just tell her to wait for a reply from support.

The length of time someone has been in breach of ToS isn't a defense.
It's really a matter between the model and the Support team, as already stated above.

FWIW the number of times folk come here to complain about a ban, saying they have no idea what they did wrong, and then go on to show that they didn't read/understand/uphold the ToS is staggering.
(that may not be the case here, but someone's opinion counts for very little when they're not the decision-makers).

Would you know approximately how long it takes to get a response from CB support? Assuming my friend will probably not hear back over the weekend anyway.

Tickets get answered in the order they are received so how long it takes depends on how busy they are right now. Sending multiple emails will keep moving the ticket to the bottom of the queue.

So my shot in the dark on this is she was banned for squirting. Tell her she needs to stop doing those kinds of shows.
