I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or can give me advice.
My account on Chaturbate was working fine before. I was able to broadcast without any issues, and my ID verification has already been approved multiple times.
Recently, my account suddenly got marked as “Person Ineligible”, even though:
The only thing I can think of is that I previously appeared on another broadcaster’s stream. That broadcaster recently got banned, but I was NOT present during the stream when the ban happened.
Now it seems like my account got affected just because I was associated with that account in the past.
Here are my concerns:
I already contacted support but haven’t received a reply yet, so I’m not sure what to expect.
Any advice or similar experiences would really help. I just want to understand if this is something temporary or if there’s a bigger issue with my account.

- I meet the age requirements
- I didn’t receive any clear explanation

- Is this normal? Do they flag all accounts connected to a banned user?
- Has anyone been in this situation and got their account restored?
