I can`t get my money for some reason

We have a trouble with getting money from our streams, seems like our studio where we were registrated was banned and we can`t recieve our salary from the site but we are still working and trying our best.
Waiting for a respond for a week from the site and we decided to write here.
How we get paid?

You need to contact support directly and ask to have your identification and account(s) removed from under the studio umbrella. This is allowed under some circumstances, like when the original studio accounts has been banned. Once the account has been released, you will be able to add your personal payment method. If you're able to achieve this, be sure NOT to use anything related to the banned studio going forward. Good luck.

They shouldnt request identification to be removed, they might do that and nothing else and it's not part of removing an account from a studio. Probably best they just write it like the original post.

If they're identification is attached to a banned account, they should very much request that their identification be removed from that account. Without doing that one most important thing, anything else attempted might not be successful.

If they're identification is attached to a banned account, they should very much request that their identification be removed from that account. Without doing that one most important thing, anything else attempted might not be successful.

The studio account (the master) does not have the IDs of the models associated to it as thats reserved for people that should be making major changes to the studio such as payout method and things like that, the sub accounts that the models work on have the ID's for the models and since this one is still working its not banned.

If a model is requesting for identification to be removed from their account associated with the studio (the sub account) its because they don't want to be associated to that sub account or the studio, meaning they want to make a brand new account and start over.

I'm well-versed as to how studio "master" accounts function. Perhaps I was assuming too much in the wrong direction. What I said was...

If the OP's account is not currently banned, they're probably fine to just simply request that their account be removed from under the "umbrella" of the banned "master" account. Once that's completed, they'd simply have to upload their own payment information.

But 2 days past from the moment we became independent and the account was banned for some reason. The reason is not mentioned and we are confused.
The support do not answer us for a week again. We just wanna stream but we can`t
