Hi and thanks @punker barbie My account was just banned for smoking a little on cam, which I did specify in my bio. That's the only thing I've broken. I have tokens in my account and I need to withdraw them. My username is Boss_playa98, I already wrote to support but they haven't responded.

Unless it was drugs I can't see you getting banned for just smoking. If it was weed then yes that is against the rules
Thanks so much, it was in a bong but it’s only showed a bit on the cam, but i have been seen other peoples smiking and doing whatever they want, i just hope this can be fixed

Seems that nowadays they are pretty sensitive about drugs, even weed. And it's not because a moral stand but because payment processors don't like it at all--hence they don't like it either.

Hope you get your account back but it may be wise if you think of a plan B.

Now, when something is against the rules then it's against the rules, it doesn't matter if you know it or not and if other people do it or don't. It may go unnoticed for any amount of time until, for whatever reason, they notice. The same goes for any other platform you're currently working or planning to work on.

I think a lot of models that do it think that if cannabis is legal/medical in their state or country "that rule can't apply to me".
Also I do not think the automated methods in place have any way to detect it, so it continues.
Until actually reported and support reviews the stream, then.... BAN.
Personally I don't care. I have PM'd models to say, "Hey, you may want to do that off-cam to avoid a ban".

I wonder, can viewers get banned for telling us they are stoned and drunk and for doing it in a private show cam to cam?

I think your right. There are models and possibly viewers who may think its okay either because of medical or because it may be legal in their area. The problem is that its not legal in all aeas or countries and thats why Stripchat doesn't allow it at all. Stripchat could face legal issues if they allow it.

I'm so glad you were able to regain access to your account. Viewers can cause problems for models and thats scary.
