My CB account got blocked

My account was banned even I didn’t broke the rule. I have even mailed them and there was no reply from CB side it’s been almost 25 days.
I have been working from past two years and had more then 10k followers on CB. I was loyal to CB and was working and running my livelihood. One day suddenly my ID was blocked username: Poulomi_das
It was written that I was promoting in-person Sex. I never promoted it, even I don’t use to show my face as well so how Even I can promote this.
It was the customer who was insisting to meet me. I just asked him to come in private show and then I will think. I never gave him promise to meet that customer. If they think that this is also not permitted then I would like to apologise to them and would request to please unblock my ID so that I can work with CB again. CB is very important to me as I have to run my family.

That's an unusual long time to wait so there may be a situation. How many messages did you send to support? When did you send the last one? Did they, at any point, notify that you were permanently banned and/or your account was terminated?

If you haven't been permanently banned, then you may want to tag the rep so they can tell you if support knows about your message(s) or not.

It is unfortunate, but even if you were not to go through with it, discussing it is also forbidden. So when you--instead of saying no--invited him to go pvt and then you'd think about it, could be seen by an observer as you asking for money in order to engage in such topic.

I had send only 2 messages to them and it’s been 20 days and there is no response.
Can you let me know how to tag a rep?

But only a week since you posted here, and just a day or so since CB has confirmed receipt of your inquiry.
...it’s my only source of livelihood for me and my family.
Why continue to wait for this one revenue stream, when you could start building an additional revenue stream? I will never understand this mentality of allocating all your livelihood into one basket.

I just wanted to sincerely thank you for helping me get a response from CB and for assisting with my payout. I really appreciate your support.

I’m reaching out again because my account (poulomi_das) is still banned and the individual M.D. is also banned permanently. I completely understand the seriousness of the policy, but I truly want to clarify that I never had any intention to violate any rules. If anything I said was interpreted wrongly, it was an honest mistake or poor choice of words on my part.

This account means a lot to me, it’s my main source of income and I’ve built a community of over 12k followers over time. Losing it has been very difficult.

I kindly request your help one more time. If there’s any possibility at all to review my case and unbanned my account and me as a individual would be a alot for me, I would be extremely grateful. I assure you that I will be extra careful going forward and strictly follow all guidelines.

I'm sorry this has come to this end. I know it's a tough spot to be in and how much your account and getting it back means to you. However, since you actually violated the rule, there's nothing else to do. They may feel bad, or not, but apologies, pleas, the stats of an account or the personal situation of a model have never been known to overturn a permanent ban.

For what it's worth I believe you didn't have ill intentions, unfortunately, even if you didn't say you would do it, you didn't say you wouldn't and engaged in discussing the topic--which for them is equally as bad as agreeing to do it. Now you know that you can't even discuss it, on any platform you report and ban.

I don't know if there is any other platform or are they going to provide me the same revenue and loyalty like CB. If you can recommend me one
There are a lot of other camsites to work on.
Nobody can tell you beforehand if you're gonna succeed and how much money you'll make. What is true, is that money can be made on each one of them. You should open and verify a few accounts on different sites and do some test runs. Also, it'd help to get things back up quicker if you consider multistreaming.
