I’m reaching out to ask for a little help with our model account love_vibe. Since April 23, tokens have stopped transferring from the model account to the studio account. The account itself seems to be working normally: the model can stream and receive tokens, the documents appear to be in order, and there have been no warnings, notices, or site notifications.
We already contacted Support and received the automated confirmation that our message was received, but we haven’t heard back yet. At this point, we’re not sure whether the model should continue working as usual or wait until the issue is resolved.
If you have a moment, would you mind helping pass this to the right team or escalating it if possible?
