Hello, my account on Chaturbate was banned.
I have been streaming on this account for more than two years and have never received any warnings or bans before. I have a fairly good account with more than 240,000 followers, but recently I was suddenly banned without any warning.
I sent 2 requests to support and received an automatic reply saying that I should wait for a response, but almost a week has already passed and I still have not received any answer.
I have some suspicions about why my account was banned.
I have a friend who used to stream on other websites (according to her, Chaturbate did not approve her documents) while working in a studio, and that was more than three years ago.
She wanted to return to webcam work, and we were planning to do a joint stream on my account so she could watch and remember how everything works there.
I tried to verify her on my account. The first time she was not approved, and then we accidentally created two identity verification requests in a row, and a few hours later I was banned.
My moderator suggested that her documents might be flagged, so I was automatically banned as an accomplice.
I did not want to do anything wrong, I did not know about this, and I simply wanted to help my friend.
I would be very grateful for any help or advice because I am very worried.
