I’m reaching out because I was informed that my account has been permanently banned, and I’m feeling very confused and distressed. I would really appreciate clarification on what led to this decision, as I was not aware of any issues or prior warnings. My email is mox.paypal@gmail.com and my user is @chaseleone
My partner Lucah and I have been streaming on CB for about six weeks, and it has meant a great deal to us both personally and financially. We’ve put a lot of care into creating a positive and authentic experience for our audience, and we genuinely did not intend to violate any terms.
When I logged in today and saw the ban, I immediately contacted support, but I still haven’t been told what caused it. I sincerely apologize if anything we did may have triggered a violation.
CB is currently our primary source of income after losing our jobs, and this situation has been extremely difficult for us. If there is any possibility of reconsideration or a warning instead, we would be incredibly grateful.

EDIT: As a brief follow up note, we each had each cashed out/transferred out tokens to cash with sums in the many hundreds of dollars. Are those funds going to still be deposited and released to or accounts?
