New to CB and Permanently Banned – Please Help Me Out!

Good evening @punker barbie

I’m reaching out because I was informed that my account has been permanently banned, and I’m feeling very confused and distressed. I would really appreciate clarification on what led to this decision, as I was not aware of any issues or prior warnings. My email is mox.paypal@gmail.com and my user is @chaseleone

My partner Lucah and I have been streaming on CB for about six weeks, and it has meant a great deal to us both personally and financially. We’ve put a lot of care into creating a positive and authentic experience for our audience, and we genuinely did not intend to violate any terms.

When I logged in today and saw the ban, I immediately contacted support, but I still haven’t been told what caused it. I sincerely apologize if anything we did may have triggered a violation.

CB is currently our primary source of income after losing our jobs
, and this situation has been extremely difficult for us. If there is any possibility of reconsideration or a warning instead, we would be incredibly grateful.

Thank you for your time and energy, as any help is sincerely appreciated more than you know.

EDIT: As a brief follow up note, we each had each cashed out/transferred out tokens to cash with sums in the many hundreds of dollars. Are those funds going to still be deposited and released to or accounts?

This is impossibly hard for both of us to process. Any help is beyond greatly appreciated. Thank you...

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, I am waiting on a response from CB Support wherein I have detailed the same. I was really bummed that our earnings nearing $2,000 already cashed out last pay period were voided.

We really needed that.

I wasn’t aware that’s how the account is operated, but I’m just trying to advocate for myself and my fiancé as we, as many others have, have poured our souls into this and legitimately are apologetic for what happened. The negligence was out of ignorance, not ill intent. Thanks for the note though and the information.

How do you know you were 'permanently banned'? Did support explicitly notify you that?

Yes that is what they said in their first follow up email. It's extremely unfortunate and I can't believe it happened.

Streaming is everything to us. We were used to the interface and the interaction on CB, the UI and the payment methods, as well as the community and the trends...

I'm dumbfounded and just want to make it clear that we in no way shape or form intended any ill will to the site or the users with anything that we did... and we don't even know what yet. If anyone can please help, it would mean the world.

Thank you for the response, but they did not explain or give any reason whatsoever as to what caused the ban exactly... I'm still very much in the dark and am pleading with you to please, just please see if there is room for reconsideration in giving a warning after letting us know what happened.

We have no idea why we are permanently banned. We did not mean to violate TOS in any way and are extremely new to the site. Please help us.

They rarely give exact details about what caused the ban, like exact words, times or actions, but they usually give at least a reason, even if it's vague. What did they tell you on their message?

Also, are you both banned?

Hey Melissa! Yes, unfortunately, we are both banned. It's actually shocking as my partner has never even gone live on his account.

We've had tremendous success over the past month and are 30th total in earnings for males. Yet, there was no specificity at all... no reason– not even a vague one.

It's heartbreaking. We both care so much about this.

I'm sorry to hear that. If you messaged support already after the perma ban notice, then the only thing left to do is wait for their answer.

It sucks, but it may be time to consider moving on to work on other places.

Hi Punker barbie, I am italian81985 I am a fanclub memeber to the @chaseleone chaturbate room. I am wriitng because I am a viewer of their room since their 2nd show. They always try to provide a fun energetic postive stream for their viewers. Thats why its so upsetting to see them banned. I havent seen them break any of the terms and serivce and if I did I would make them aware of it. I can understand if they were given a warning and still broke the rules but they have been given nothing and I know they would never intetionally break the rules. I know this has been upsetting for @chaseleone but also for their fans that have been support them since the beginning are upset over the ban. They are really good people and I feel like they should be given a second chance to stream they are new and have only been on the plaform for a month. I'm here trying to support @chaseleone. Thanks Italian81985

Hi @Italian85, you should know that nothing written on this forum will ever be read by the person who will be reviewing chaseleone's case (or any case) and deciding its outcome.

I guess it's ok if you want to show your favorite model you support him, but avoid tagging or quoting the rep (punker barbie) as doing so will do the opposite of helping. Same goes with support--so don't write to support either--you'd only be adding to their workload and adding to the waiting time for users with legitimate queries.

If you really want to support him, the best thing to do would be to let him handle his appeal and then follow him to whatever place he goes next if the ban stands.

@m3lissa – thank you for all of your input so far. As well, thank you punker for the response and being here.

It's very tough for us to swallow this pill, still, so I'm trying to think of what other options we have. I believe you're right though, that the only thing we can do is await another response, or become LIVE elsewhere. We've created an account on Stripchat.

I wish we knew what happened specifically so we could avoid making the same mistake, and I wish we would have another opportunity... it's distressing. Thanks for all of your input up to now though.

Hello there once more @punker barbie – I hope you've had a great week. We received an update that the ban was due to discussion of off-platform payment methods.

Unfortunately, we had a viewer try and coerce us into a tip only using USD when we insisted multiple times we only accepted tokens. It was this conversation that seems to be reported and what got us banned.

I am kindly asking you with all that I can to please, please allow us another chance. We are loyal and loving members of CB and nowhere else is the same. It has been a tool for us to put food on the table for our family. Please reconsider giving us access back to our account and letting us strictly abide by the TOS now that we know how to.

Unfortunately for you, it looks like you wont' be getting any more responses from CB support. They've deemed your account as permanently banned, and no matter what your most recent messages to them say, they aren't going to respond.

Best of luck to you on another site. I'll be locking this thread, but you're free to post about other subjects here at ACF while you get your bearings on another site.
