Hi, sorry to be another person spamming @punker barbie ,

My account has been suspended for 4 days and I haven't gotten an email response in also 4 days. I really need to cash out my tokens.. the message I got was

• We were alerted that there may be a potential safety concern. You have been suspended to ensure that you are okay. Please contact support for further assistance

I believe it was because I was discussing the new Chatursafe Feature and reading some harmful messages outloud that I was being sent. I am safe and not a danger to myself and I would really appreciate being able to access my tokens again.

Ok, so you should know that CB (or really any platform) is not really as concerned for your security as they are for their own legal standing and possible liability. Say somebody does something terrible and regrettable while live streaming, that'd be a nightmare for any platform. Now, suppose that prior to that happening the model said something about it--even "as a joke"--the potential legal, financial and PR consequences just grow into an unfathomable shit storm. So no, they're not taking any risks, they ban first and investigate later and they won't 'touch their heart' if they feel there's the slightest chance of something like that happening.

I visited your profile and I think that you say some things that might be in your best interest to take down ASAP as it could get or keep you banned. You explicitly state that you are currently depressed and getting more depressed. I think I get you're trying to be sarcastic or something, but if they see it, they won't find it funny--I'm pretty sure their protocol says to take it literally. I would get rid of everything about "depression" and "suspension". Not sure about the fansly and throne links, I'd take them down too just to be safe--but that's me.

You also say that somebody "keeps reporting you". Has this happened before? While it might be true, it is more likely that the AI is picking up things you write and/or say--for example, reading out loud your 'Blocked Messages Log'.

All that said, a human will review your case--it may take a while as they will go through all your activity going back as far as they feel they need to--and decide if it's an error, give you a warning or even ask you to get certified mental health assistance.

If the response you get says that you have been placed in a 'protective suspension' to make sure that you're alright, give you some help hotlines and ask you to let them know when you're ok to be back--that pretty much means that you'll need to go through a professional mental health assessment before they are willing to lift the suspension.

I appreciate the response @m3lissa. I understand the company has to look out for themselves, and don't want to have a liability working for them.

I have had another other "concern" suspension because of showing a cosplay prop gun I had made. They gave me the 988 hotline and unsuspended me. I cleared my bio, I feel like I've been a pest double messaging here but unsure of what else to do but wait for a verdict or response back. I have been trying my best to be positive and just be hopeful. Thanks again

I wouldn't say you've been a pest so far but for now there's nothing else to do but wait.

I'd suggest you, though, to join other cam sites if you haven't done so yet--if the suspension turns out to be about "mental health" or "self-harm" concerns it could take months before they get it lifted--this way you keep doing money and increase your total income when you get your account back. Were you doing multistreaming already?
