Payment not sent

I have been a cb model for many years and I never experience a payment this late and I am not
getting any information from CB as to why the payment has not been made.

I was supposed to get paid on the 6th of April and it has been 2 weeks since and I have not received a payment.
I sent an email to the support team on the 7th and they replied that I should wait 5 to 6 business days but I did not receive a payment.
I sent another email on the 12th and I have not received a response from them yet.

The latest ticket number is the #25223222.

I would like to get as much information on this matter as possible because it is urgent that I get that payment to pay off expenses.

Thank you for responding.

But I did email support and they haven't replied back to my last email that I sent a week ago.
The first email back from support said that to wait 5 to 7 business days and still no payment.
and it's been about two weeks and still no payment so I sent another email on the 12th.
I just would like to get some kind of response to find out what is going on because
this has not happened to me before.

Can you check the ticket number and see what is going on with it please?
I'm really in a financial bind because I have to pay some bills and I was expecting to get paid on the 6th at the latest
and two weeks have past since.

If there are some issues or if there's something I need to do then I want to sort those issues out ASAP.

I would appreciate it if you can look into what's going with that ticket. I've been a cb cam model for a long time and
I really would like to continue working on the site without issues like this.

The response from cb said that they were going to contact the payment processor on 22nd but I have not received any update from cb support as of today and I have not received my payment. I am concerned that any conversion for payment will not be processed in the future and that I will not get paid for any future work I do for cb.
I am not sure why this is happening when this has never happened to me before and I have worked for cb for many years.

I don't know what changed but if I can't get paid then it makes it impossible for me to work for cb.
