‎Firstly, I'm not good in English since that is my third language I hope that you understand me. My account @simple_kyla was stolen my friend after they creating my account in a along time ago and after it was created I never expect that they got my account without permission, in short they stole it. I never try to stream or seeing by the camera after they stole my account I tried to contact the Chaturbate support but they said that my account was disabled.

‎This is the first message from support, "Your account has been flagged due to an unverified independent broadcaster who appeared on your cam with dark hair, wearing yellow underwear, and tattoos on their chest. Because of this, your age verification has been temporarily removed."

‎I tried to contact again the Chaturbate about the errors but they said that my account was permanently banned on July 9th 2022 with the ticket number # 19882586 May I know why what should I do to stream again? Please @punker barbie review this Ticket number # 19882586 and give me some tips about the issue or Can you delete that account so that I can create new account? I am begging you I don't have any work please help me with this and give me some ideas on how to stream again?pleaseeeee

Ultimately your account's security is your responsibility to which you agreed to during registration.

Can you delete that account so that I can create new account?

The suspension usually applies to the person tied to the ID verification, not just the specific account. Any new accounts created with that same ID may also be automatically suspended. To resolve it, you’ll need to contact Chaturbate support directly using the banned accounts registered email; attempt to resolve the initial suspension BEFORE creating any new accounts. Not doing so may be interpreted as an attempt to circumvent their TOS, which may only further complicate your situation. Send a message to support@chaturbate.com or open a ticket through the SUBMIT A REQUEST portal.

Thank you for guidance I really appreciate it. However, I send multiple messages using the email address associated to the support team about my situation and until now they did not respond. May I know what should I do since I'm not violated the policy? I wait for almost 2 years for thier replies and until now they did not.

So, the only thing that could help you would be to be able to verify the other person that appeared on your stream--since that appears to be the cause of the ban. Can you do that? If you can't do that, there's no point in keep trying.

It's unfortunate, but even if you didn't directly violate the rules you are still responsible for allowing an unauthorized third party to stream. This is stated in this section of the ToS.

CB already replied to you. Back then, when they notified you about your permanent ban, they also told you that they may not answer your messages further (check that email). So that's what is most likely happening, they are not answering you anymore.

As already noted by Scripta, the ban is on your person--so no, you can't create a new account--you just will be banned again.

Look, CB is a great place to stream but it is not the only place to do it. Since this battle seems lost, you should look for another site (or sites) to work on. You would be starting fresh on any site anyway, so it's the best time for changing platforms.

Thank you for your response, I have curiosity for my situation since i did not violated the policy. I tried to give the response with the ticket number and providing Id and until now I didn't receive any response from your support.

I was banned on July 9th 2022 and after that month I tried to open my account again in 2023. however, I cannot open my account since Stated wrong credentials even I put right email and password. The question is,

1.Chaturbate platform already remove my account?
2. In how long it will remove if your account has been permanently banned?
