Hello! @punkerbarbie I have a very difficult situation. My account was blocked on December 23, 2025. Tech support still ignores me. I want to clarify the situation a bit. The activity on my account decreased, and I decided to create a new one. I live in the Russian Federation, and my previous account was registered based on a lost document. In this regard, I was given a new one. The new document contains a different photo , passport number and series . All the data is mine , I'm in the photo , this is my document. But when I registered it, my account was blocked. I think that's the point. Due to the differences in the laws of different countries, I was considered a violator of the law, although I am not one . I don't even have a chance to explain the situation. Please help me. My username hannah_chaos

support hasn't responded to me for several months.No one among my familiar models has ever encountered my situation before.I can't solve my problem if the support responds to me once every 3 months.

@punkerbarbie I've been trying to reach out for six months to prove that blocking my account is not fair, that it just happened because of the difference in the laws of different countries on documents.In Russia, we receive a document at the age of 14, change it at the age of 20, then again at 45 and then indefinitely.And in case of loss, damage and other factors, we also have to replace them.When I wanted to create a new account, my old passport was lost and I got a new one.Naturally, they will be different.Help me sort out this monstrous misunderstanding somehow, I wrote my last letter 2 weeks ago, I am being ignored.Help me plsss

Another option is that instead of relying on CB support reps, would be to ask the very experienced models here for assistance. Many of us have seen and heard it all before, and might have be able to offer some guidance with your particular situation. If you choose to go this route, please provide an accurate and honest description of what happened to your account(s) along with screenshots of any correspondence you have received from CB in regards to your situation. @punkerbarbie I received another email from support.To which I replied by presenting them with photos and videos to prove my case.Is a repeat response possible?

@punkerbarbie Я хотел бы, чтобы служба поддержки указала мне на любые конкретные нарушения, а не расплывчато заявила, что я нарушил правила. Из их слов мне стало ясно, что это мой паспорт. Пожалуйста, повлияйте на скорость ответа. Что касается моих документов, я предоставил фото- и видеодоказательства того, что они принадлежат мне. Нарушений против меня нет. Я использовал свой документ.
