Chaturbate model account hacked

Hi

My friend's (who is a model) Chaturbate account looks like its been hacked and I've been told @punker barbie is the person to speak to. She doesn't know what to do and the managers at the place she works don't appear to want to help her.

I've said for her to go try and contact support but all she is doing is sending me crying emojis because she thinks the account is banned.

Anyone help me I've even got a username of someone who appears to have drained another account of a girl who works there too.
