Hi, @punkerbarbie this is my nickname - Wild_Lonely_Flower, and right at the beginning of the stream, I received a message that my account was suspended to make sure I was safe. I was doing my usual show, which is exactly the same show in my videos, and they were approved and published by the administration. I know the rules, plus I carefully study the forum and the reasons for bans to learn from others' mistakes. I am definitely safe and full of strength and health. Please restore my stream. I sent a message to support, but they didn't send me a ticket number.

A message appeared on my page stating that the user doesn't meet the broadcasting requirements. My passport is in order. The administration hasn't responded to me about the ban. I was actually doing my usual stream, exactly the same as the previously approved videos. But if the site's policies have changed, I'll reconsider my work and remove this show from my performances so that the site is satisfied. Most likely, someone filed complaints against me, because I don't engage in any dangerous violence or pain.

The administration sent a letter saying the ban was lifted. The scary message above my documents disappeared. But I can't start a stream; the page with my passport just hangs there. Should I wait or contact support again? I don't want to bombard me with emails and bother me unnecessarily. Please, if anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks.
