Appeal for Wrongful Permanent Termination

Hi Everyone,

I am reaching out to the community and specifically seeking guidance and help from @punker barbie regarding a permanent termination on my Chaturbate account. I believe this is a case of wrongful termination due to a misunderstanding during a live verification check, and I would appreciate any insight or help in moving this forward.

Account Information:

My Chaturbate Username: Giaxxx01
The date my account was banned or suspended: April 5, 2026
My support ticket number: [1J513P-9V3YD]

Timeline of Events:
>April 5, 2026: During a live broadcast, I was prompted to perform a live verification. I completed this immediately. At the time, I was wearing a wig, contact lenses, and makeup as part of my professional persona. Within one minute of completing the verification, my account was suspended.
>April 5–10, 2026: I contacted support immediately and received an automated reply. I sent a follow-up email on April 10.
>April 17, 2026: I received a response stating the account was permanently banned. The reason cited was permitting a previously banned user to appear on my broadcast or access my account.
>April 18, 2026: I submitted a formal dispute and appeal. To prove my identity and sole ownership, I attached a Comprehensive Biometric Verification Package. I have not yet received a response to this submission.
>April 28, 2026: Due to the lack of communication on the original ticket, I contacted the compliance team directly (compliance@chaturbate.com) to file a Formal Dispute and Appeal for Wrongful Termination.

I want to clarify that I am the sole owner and operator of the account Giaxxx01. No other person was present during the broadcast and during my live verification, nor has anyone else ever had access to my account. I suspect that the use of my persona's styling (wig, contact lenses and makeup) during the live verification may have triggered an automated flag or a misunderstanding regarding my identity.

I am asking for help to resolve this misunderstanding and restore my account. I have provided all necessary biometric documentation to prove that I am the individual who performed the verification and the only person associated with this account.

Everyone here understands your situation. What you need to know is the the @punker barbie account is an account used by various representatives that work for Chaturbate, NOT one singular person... as a notification-type account only wherein they only confirm messages that have been received/sent from the Chaturbate support team. It's NOT one singular person fighting for your case, or helping in any other way. Posting here repeatedly will NOT help speed up the process, as multiple inquiries only push you to the back of the line. If your situation is as dire as you claim, my recommendation is to begin working other sites immediately. CB is not the only game in town. Just be patient and you will be notified accordingly once CB has already responded to you.

In my case, the breakthrough came down to providing a high-resolution biometric update and the specific QR verification they needed. I emailed them all of my Comprehensive Biometric Verification Package, to the Chaturbate support and to the Compliance Team explaining everything about what steps i already did. After days of waiting for a reply from the Chaturbate Support and The Compliance Team, I did not get any reply from them so that’s where i decided to reach out here to have my ticket escalated with an industry representative, a very big thanks to @punker barbie for helping me out, and so they did replied to me after waiting again for some time.

I’m so sorry to pop back up on this thread, but I ran into a technical snag right after the ban was lifted. I had to re-verify my document, and while my PhilID and live selfie are now fully Approved in green on my identity dashboard, my profile status is still stuck on "Person Ineligible." Since my identity is already cleared and verified by the system, it looks like a database sync issue left over from the original suspension. Its almost a week already since i verified my ID and did a Live Sel, I didnt get a reply for them so i am hoping you could help me again.

Could you please work your magic one more time and nudge the team to manually sync my broadcaster permissions so I can finally get back to work?

My ticket number is still 1J513P-9V3YD.
