My documents are banned, even though I've never streamed on Chaturbate.

A few years ago, my sister used my passport information without my permission to create an account in order to receive a promotional/new-user period. I was not aware of this at the time and did not authorize the use of my identity documents.

As I understand it, that account was later banned, and now my passport information appears to be permanently associated with the banned account. Because of this, I am currently unable to create and verify my own legitimate account to work on the platform.
I really hope for help, because I personally did not violate the site rules and did not provide my documents for registration.

In my opinion. ID documents and the verification process are part of the most important safety processes, regarding minors. If things like this happen a plattform should hold their lines and uphold the ban. You should talk to your sister, why she did it and why she was banned. And of course good luck finding another platform, with correct verification process.
