I was recently banned. I think it was for “poaching,” after sending a model a job posting that had been offered to me personally. I believe the AI moderation system flagged the message automatically.
I sincerely had no intention of poaching or recruiting models away from Chaturbate. I have no history of doing so, and I value the platform and community very much. I understand I previously received a warning related to falling asleep during Cam2Cam, and I suspect that prior issue may have contributed to the immediate ban.
In this situation, I was simply excited about a same-day work opportunity that had been offered to me, and I mentioned it while chatting. The model had asked what I planned to do for the rest of the day, and I shared the information I had received. I can provide any proof necessary showing the opportunity was directed specifically to me and not intended for the model.
I am an active member of the community and had even purchased additional tokens shortly before the ban. I have no intention of engaging in poaching behavior, both out of respect for the platform and for my own account safety, and the safety of others.
